Contest Basis
1. Overview
The VI Fosk’s Fetish Photographic Contest aims to promote the latex culture.
Open to everyone aged 18 and over, no matter what nationality or place of residence.
Registration for the competition will be done via the entry form on the website www.fosk.biz. The registration fee for the contest is 10 € per person, regardless of the number of artistic works. Members of the Association have a fee discount, being this of 5 €.
Participation in this contest implies the full acceptance of these rules. Jury members and the organization committee cannot participate in the contest.
2. Topic and categories
The main theme of the competition is latex&rubber. It will be accepted all kind of contents related to BDSM, fetish or erotic, in any trend or sexual preference, as long as the latex has a prominence in the work.
The content of the works must necessarily adhere to Safe, Sane and Consensual.
The Organizing committee keeps the right of acceptance of the work as are adequate or not to the theme of the contest.
Two categories are established: professional photographer category and amateur photographer category.
3. About the works
The works submitted to the contest must be original. Will not be accepted under any circumstances published works through any media or submitted in any previous contests.
The Association Fosk reserves the right to publish, display and disseminate the work of this contest with the aim of promoting future issues or activities of the Association, being those non-profit, always mentioning the name / nickname of the author.
Participants in the contest are personally liable for the rightful ownership and originality of the works, under the terms referred to the Spanish’ Texto Refundido de la Propiedad Intelectual, ensuring, by the mere participation in this contest, the ownership as well as the original character and unreleased of the works.
Also, the author is solely responsible for his work, that it does not infringe the rights of third parties or image conflicts with the Spanish’ Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5th, de Protección Civil del Derecho al Honor, a la Intimidad Personal y Familiar y a la Propia Imagen.

4. Submitting works
Participants must complete the form and send it to the competition organizers, attaching the works to the email [email protected].
Competitors can participate in only one category. Each participant may submit up to 3 works.
The works should be sent as indicated in JPG format file; we recommend a resolution of 300 dpi and a file size between 2 and 6 MB (Megabytes) and must not in any case be less than 1 MB and greater than 10 MB, for graphic work.
Photo editing will be accepted, but not photomontages.
5. Deadlines
The receipting period of the works will start at the date of publication of these rules; the deadline will be 24:00 pm on Sunday 19th January of 2014.
6. Finalists and exposure
From the entries received on time through the specified channels, the organizing committee will select the finalists to be published on the web www.fosk.biz. Those works that break any of the rules in this document will be considered out of competition.
Both the finalists, also which are out of competition, can be exhibited at any of the partner establishments.
The works will be published anonymously; the organization will not provide the authorship of them to the public or to the jury until the contest is completely over.
7. Works awarded
From the finalists selected by the organizing committee, will be awarded a prize by popular vote on the awards gala, and six awards elected by the jury (three per category, corresponding to a first prize and two special mentions per category).
The works will be published anonymously and the judges will not know the authors. The popular vote will also be anonymous.
The period of the popular vote will be from the time of opening exposition club doors and host the awards gala, the day of the same, until half an hour before the awards ceremony. Only people present in the club during the awards gala can vote, one vote per person, by ballot numbered that will be delivered at the door, when entering the club. The ballots will be received in hand by the staff of the organization of the competition present in the premises.
8. Organizing committe and jury
The Organizing Committee includes representatives of the Associació Fosk per la Divulgació del Cautxú. The Jury will be nominated by the organizing committee and approved by the Board of the Associació Fosk.
The jury will consist of a representative of the organizing committee, which will act as a secretary, and three persons recognized in the community of the image, fetishism and / or BDSM.
9. Awards
The Organizing Committee will select the finalist works that fit the criteria and rules of the competition, taking into account their technical and artistic quality.
Among the photographs finalists will be granted 6 awards jury, 3 per category.
First prize of the jury in the professional category. The judges will select a first prize equipped with a 150 € voucher donated by Boxer and diploma.
First runner-up of the jury in the professional category. The jury will choose a first runner equipped with a 100 € voucher donated by Fetisso and diploma.
Second runner-up of the jury in the professional category. The jury will choose a second runner equipped with two tickets to the main party of the next edition of the Bal des Supplices of Lyon and diploma.
First prize of the jury in the amateur category. The judges will select a first prize equipped with a 150 € voucher donated by Coco-late and diploma.
First runner-up of the jury in the amateur category. The jury will choose a first runner equipped with a 100 € voucher donated by enGOMA and diploma.
Second runner-up of the jury in the amateur category. The jury will choose a second runner equipped with a latex accessorizes kit (to choose between boy and girl) donated by Darkberry and diploma.
Award popular vote. Since the doors opening until half an hour before the awards ceremony, attendees at the awards gala that takes place in Barcelona will choose the winning work among the finalists. The work most voted will receive a prize equipped with a 100 € voucher donated by Foskstore and diploma.
The provision of each prize is governed by conditions agreed with the sponsors. These conditions will be made known to the winners when they receive their status as dittos. The sponsors are responsible of the prizes they grant. The organization will act at all times as a mediator for the correct delivery of the prizes.
In case of a tie in the popular vote award, corresponds to the organization of the competition to dictate the outcome.
Each participant can only win one of the prizes of the jury, if the two winning entries correspond to the same author, the second prize will be assigned to the next work following according to the number of votes received. The jury awards are compatible with the popular vote award.
The winners of both the jury and the popular vote awards will be published on the website www.fosk.biz during the months of January and February 2014, once held the awards gala. The organization will also personally notify the winners their condition so they can prepare their attendance to the award gala.
The prizes can be declared void.
The awards ceremony will take place at a special event organized by Fosk during the months of January and February 2014. If a winner is unable to attend to the event, the organizing committee will send the prize by any means deemed appropriate.
The decision of the jury is undisputable. The organization is empowered to resolve any contingency not provided in those Rules.
10. Privacy
The data collected through the entry form, in the VI Fetish Photographic Contest, will be treated in accordance with the rules of the competition, with discretion and not hand over or communicating them to others.
In accordance with the regulations affected personal data protection, all data provided will become part of an automated file, liability of the Association, in order to properly manage the competition and fulfil the purposes specified in these rules. The exercise of rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition will be carried out in accordance with current regulations of the Spanish Data Protection Act (LO 15/1999 of 13th December).
